Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order with Match Day, you agree to them. Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products

We show each product as accurately as we can. Colors and textures can look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.

Personalization

We print the name and number exactly as you enter them, in capital letters, so please check them before you order. If you leave the name and number fields empty, your jersey is made without personalization.

Orders

We may cancel an order and refund it in full if we suspect fraud or misuse, if the price or product information was clearly wrong, or if we can't deliver to your address. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we'll contact you so you can choose another item or a full refund.

Prices and payment

Payments are processed securely by approved third-party payment providers.

Prices are shown in your local currency where we offer it, and in US dollars (USD) everywhere else. You're charged in the currency shown at checkout.

The price shown at checkout is the total you pay (in the EU, Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 6(1)(e)). Import duties and taxes are covered by us, and nothing further is payable on delivery. On our website, sales tax is added only to orders shipped to the state of New Mexico. Orders shipped to any other US state have no sales tax added. If you order through the Shop app instead, Shop adds any sales tax that applies in the US state your order ships to. In both cases the tax is shown at checkout before you pay. No tax is added to orders shipped outside the United States.

Discount codes and promotions

One discount code can be used per order, unless we say otherwise. Discount codes have no cash value. Promotions can change or end at any time, but never for an order you've already placed.

Liability

We're not responsible for damage caused by using a product in a way it wasn't intended for. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it (in the United States, UCC § 2-719(3); in the EU, Directive 93/13/EEC, Article 6(1); in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, sections 31 and 65), including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your legal rights as a consumer.

Legal guarantee

If you live in the European Union, you have a legal guarantee of conformity: we're liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery (Directive (EU) 2019/771, Article 10). If you live in the United Kingdom, your statutory rights as a consumer also apply (Consumer Rights Act 2015, sections 9 and 31).

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, and disputes are handled by the courts of New Mexico. This doesn't affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence (in the EU, Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, Article 6(2)). If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also bring a claim in the courts of your country (in the EU, Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012, Article 18; in the UK, the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982, section 15B).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it (in the EU, Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 6(5)).
